# What You'll Need:
→ Coffee
01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
→ Tahini Blend
02 - 3 tablespoons well-stirred tahini
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Method:
01 - Combine tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small bowl or pitcher. Whisk until smooth and fully blended.
02 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
03 - Divide cold brew coffee evenly between the glasses.
04 - Add half of the tahini mixture to each glass and stir thoroughly to combine.
05 - Pour plant-based milk over each glass and gently stir for a creamy consistency.
